Shipping:

– Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or natural causes.
– If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us, and re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Refund & Returns:
– Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition with tags.
– Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
– Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale products, customized goods, intimate wear, and used items.

Refund Process:
– Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
– If the return is not due to our error, customers bear the return shipping cost, and a restocking fee may apply.
